Refund and Returns Policy

At Sydney Compound Research, we take product quality seriously. This policy applies in addition to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Purity Guarantee

Our peptides are guaranteed to meet a minimum purity standard of 99%.

A full refund will be issued where independent laboratory testing confirms that the peptide supplied has a purity below 99%, subject to the following conditions:

Testing must be performed by a recognised and reputable analytical laboratory, such as Janoshik Analytical, or another facility approved by us.
The laboratory report must be authentic and independently verifiable.
The report must clearly identify the tested peptide, purity result and testing method.
The customer must provide their order number, photographs of the vial and the complete laboratory report.
The tested sample must be from the original vial supplied by Sydney Compound Research.
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Where a valid claim is accepted, we will refund the purchase price of the affected vial. Reasonable testing costs may also be considered where agreed with us before testing is arranged.

Broken or Damaged Vials

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

Where a vial arrives broken, cracked, leaking or otherwise damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

Your order number
Clear photographs of the vial
Photographs of the internal and external packaging
A brief description of the damage

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected product.

Cloudiness After Reconstitution

A peptide that appears cloudy, contains unusual particles or does not dissolve as reasonably expected may be eligible for assessment.

Contact us promptly and provide photographs or video showing the vial before and after reconstitution, together with details of:

The reconstitution solution used
The amount added
How the product was mixed
Storage conditions
The time elapsed since reconstitution

Do not discard the vial until the claim has been reviewed. Claims may be declined where the issue resulted from incorrect handling, unsuitable reconstitution solution, contamination, excessive shaking or improper storage.

Change-of-Mind Returns

We do not provide refunds, exchanges or store credit for change-of-mind purchases, including where a customer:

Orders the incorrect product
No longer wants or requires the product
Finds a cheaper product elsewhere
Changes their intended research
Fails to review the product information before ordering

This does not exclude any refund, replacement or other remedy required under the Australian Consumer Law. Australian businesses generally do not have to provide a refund solely because a customer changed their mind, but consumer guarantees still apply where goods have a major problem or otherwise fail to meet legal guarantees.

Exclusions

Refunds or replacements may be refused where:

The product has been improperly stored, handled or reconstituted
The vial or label has been altered or tampered with
The product was damaged after delivery
The testing report cannot be verified
The tested sample cannot be reliably linked to the original order
The claim is fraudulent, misleading or unsupported by reasonable evidence

Contacting Us

All claims must be submitted with the customer’s full name, order number, supporting evidence and a description of the issue. We may request that the affected vial be returned or sent for additional testing before approving a refund.
